Retraction & Correction

Recht: Journal of Legal Studies is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record. If significant errors, ethical issues, or academic misconduct are identified in a published article, the journal may take appropriate actions, including issuing a correction, retraction, or expression of concern, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

Corrections are issued to address minor errors that do not affect the overall findings or conclusions of the article. Retractions are issued in cases of serious ethical violations, plagiarism, data falsification, or other forms of publication misconduct. All corrections and retractions will be clearly identified and linked to the original article to ensure transparency.
