Dr. Maria Silvya Elisabeth Wangga, S.H., M.H.
Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti

Dr. Maria Silvya Elisabeth Wangga is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, with academic expertise in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, and Criminal Justice, particularly in corruption crimes, money laundering, restorative justice, and child protection law. She currently serves as Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, and is actively involved in both academic and public legal discourse.

Her scholarly works have been widely published in reputable national and international journals, including Integritas: Jurnal Antikorupsi, Jambura Law Review, Journal of Indonesian Legal Studies, Kanun: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, and Law and Humanities Quarterly Reviews, as well as several authoritative legal textbooks. In addition to academic publications, her legal opinions and popular writings are frequently featured in major Indonesian media outlets such as Tempo.

Dr. Rahmat Santoso, S.H., M.H.
Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti

Dr. Rahmat Santoso is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, specializing in Corporate Law and Investment Law. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada and completed his Doctoral degree in Law at Universitas Trisakti.

His academic and professional expertise focuses on legal aspects of investment, corporate governance, and business regulation, and he regularly teaches courses in Corporate and Investment Law. Dr. Rahmat actively contributes to legal education and research related to business and investment law in Indonesia.

Abdurrachman Satrio Abdurrachman, S.H., LL.M.

Abdurrachman Satrio is a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Padjadjaran and an LL.M. with Distinction from Central European University, Austria. His current research focuses on Indonesian constitutional law, particularly the influence of traditional (adat) law on the substance of the 1945 Constitution.

His scholarly works have been published by internationally reputable journals and publishers, including German Law Journal, Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law, Oxford University Press, and Hart Publishing. He has also presented his research at various international academic forums, such as the ICON Junior Scholars programs, the Melbourne Forum on Constitutional Building, and the IACL-AIDC Junior Scholars Forum. In addition, he serves as an Associate Editor of the Indonesian Journal of International & Comparative Law and is a researcher at the Institute for Migrant Rights.
