  Recht: Journal of Legal Studies is an academic journal published by the Institute for Legal Research and Studies (Lembaga Penelitian dan Kajian Hukum - LPKH), Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti. The journal is dedicated to the development and dissemination of legal scholarship, with a particular focus on business law, criminal law, and constitutional law. As a faculty level academic community within the Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti, LPKH is committed to providing an inclusive and scholarly platform for legal discourse. The journal aims to encourage critical legal thinking and academic contributions from a broad range of authors from any institution, especially students, researchers, and members of the academic community (civitas akademika) of the Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti, in response to the evolving challenges of law in a dynamic and rapidly changing society. Recht: Journal of Legal Studies is published biannually, in March and October. The journal welcomes manuscripts addressing general legal issues, with priority given to contemporary and relevant topics in the fields of business law, criminal law, and constitutional law. Through this publication, the journal seeks to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of legal knowledge and the development of law in both theoretical and practical perspectives.
